Rented a uhaul...... not bad experience
As a self-employed business owner, Safeway was not only to get me financed when my credit union could not, they sold me a great used Ford F-150 at a great price! I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! Brad was a pleasure to work with and had me approved within about 20 minutes and drove off the lot a few hours later with my new (used) truck!
I Paul Baker had the best experience with this dealership, the owner went above and beyond opening his doors on EASTER SUNDAY and had family coming over.Then tried to get me the best rates,then after all done talked to my credit union and got things set up with them. I will tell everyone I know that is looking for a used vehicle to go to Safeway Automotive.
Drove up to Safeway Automotive in Grant, Michigan from Indiana because they had a pickup truck with specs we wanted. Brad Poss, the owner took us into the building to show us the truck. My wife and I were immediately struck by his honesty and transparency regarding things they found wrong with the truck and what they had fixed. Brad was easy to work with when finalizing the price, too. There were no "games" being played like other dealerships. Everything was straight forward and pleasant. After buying the truck, my wife and I walked out to drive home and we turned to each other and said, "In our 41 years of marriage that had to be the easiest, most pleasant experience we've ever had buying a vehicle."
This place is a joke, I bought a Cadillac CTS for here and after all the paperwork was done the guy says " Oh by the way the check engine light came on and we put some injector cleaner in it and cleared the code. Should be fine" Uh a little late to tell me that!!! Also I go to get the oil changed after purchasing it and low and behold there is absolutely no oil in the engine!!!!!!! I and my husband made repeated attempts to rectify the situation with no luck. Now I have put a couple thousand into fixing it after owning it 1 month. Having to replace the Engine is not a little problem!!!!!!!!!!! They also didn't offer me any type of warranty because they knew there was a problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I am not the only person that has bought a bad vehicle from there which I learned after the fact.
