I have a EasyPro linear Diaphragm Compressor, EPW10. I was replacing the diaphragms with the EPW10RK kit when I stripped the treads on the magnet. I thought I was doomed but I emailed EasyPro. They got back to me right away, I emailed photos of the damaged part and they set me up with a care package and the price was so resonable. Their customer service is 5-star.

I bought a house that had an existing water feature - it stopped working shortly after.
